Upon entering this establishment, you are asked if you already have an appointment which normally I do not do (and generally have to wait 10-20 mins). Today, I actually made an appointment and arrived 5 mins early. I checked in, and then waited for 15 mins with out as much as a word. I then spoke with the store Manager, some blonde woman who was very defensive and most unpleasant. She explained that the appointments were not really appointments...
All I could think of was the multiple times I had been asked to wait for so many people who had appointments.
What's the point of an appointment if the time is not honored.
What a rude Manager, funny thing is though; since the hair cuts are so cheap I usually tip almost 100%.
What ever though, I am sure in a year or so Costco will overtake their business anyway. Well, maybe this is part of the reason why!
