be careful with this company. they take your money and take extended amount of time to ship. After 20 days and and no response to my emails I notified them I would be filing a paypal claim to protect myself. After no response to my email I filed a paypal claim on day 24, after 4 more days of no response I escalated the claim at day 28, 3 days with no response again and I emailed vendor asking for shipping info on day 31. Vendor refunded my money after 32 days. Apparently their policy is they cancel your order and immediately refund your money after you file a paypal dispute. Interesting enough I was never made aware of this policy even after I told them I was going to file a paypal claim on day 20 due to no responses. refunded money 8 days after claim was filed. \r
I finally spoke to their Customer Service Mgr on the phone who informed me if I still wanted the frame I would be put back into the queue and need to wait 30 more days after paying that day. Have emails as backup. If you do business with this company be prepared to wait a long time for your goods.
