Not bad for a buffet. The best in the area at least.
They offer the Mongolian grill, which at least always gives one the option of fresh, hot food.
They also have a fine selection of traditional Chinese dishes. All a little too sweet and lacking any real bite to them. However, they also have some different chicken based items in unusual sauces. They are unusual in that the chicken is unbreaded and good, and the sauces are flavorful without being overloaded with sugar.
The seafood is uninspired, as expected. Surprisingly, their fried shrimp, which I usually don't care for, is excellent.
