I got a suite with one broken bed, they tried to accomodate by giving another room on the smoking floor. That was a problem due to my 3 year old daughter. The next day we tried to get compensated for half of the charge. The manager said I would have to deal with Hotels.com because that is where I made the reservation through. I ended calling them and I am glad I stayed at the hotel untill everything was cleared up or I would have never had gotten any type of compensation. Hotels.com ended up calling the manager because he had to give the approval for the refund. Really cheap hotel but I would not stay here again due to the inconviniences and if you try to get more towls or coffe during the night they wont be able to help you. You need to wait till the morning to get help with services. The walls are thin and there are major gaps between the bedroom door and the frame. The outside light from the hallway gives you a usable nighlight to your room.
