I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I have to ask we're they hire these people. General manager has no clue. I drove 1,300 miles for my hunting trip and was accused of having a cat on several occasions and was flat out called a liar, I authorized them to search my room as well as my car on the spot, I had a dog and paid my deposit for her but because I used cat food dishes the kicked me out and charged my credit card 100.00 dollars because they thought I had a cat. Still fighting with them, if that was not bad enough they kicked me out at 2 pm and charged me for that night because I was their after 11 am. Then accused me of getting rid of my cat so I didn't have get caught, so I asked ""if I was going to travel 1,300 miles with a cat do you really think I would just get rid of it to save a 100 dollars"" beware this place is a joke, I believe it had something with me using out side company to get a the lower rate. No one should be treated like this!
