They showed up on time, took the dimensions, and provided us with a timely quote. The installation was fast and without incident. It was a wonderful experience overall! more

They really impressed me with their customer service. There was a misunderstanding about which area rug we wanted, but Dennis took it back right away and promptly replaced it with the correct rug at no extra charge to us. Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland is very professional.. We had a rental home we were putting on the market, and we totally renovated it. Sunshine put in brand new carpeting throughout our house, as well as wood laminate for the kitchen and tile in our bathroom and utility room. They had excellent customer service throughout the process, and were great about communicating with us. They did a wonderful job and it looks really nice. We had had a major problem with another installer. Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland came out to look at it and diagnosed it correctly the first time. We went to the showroom and discussed our concerns with Carol. She showed us different products with their pros and cons. She was very very helpful and not pushy at all. We took several samples for a few days, then we met with Dennis. He came and was an extremely nice man. He gave us a price and he told me he would put in writing that I won’t have a problem in 30 years so we went ahead and ordered the product. I put a 50% down payment, which is normal. We had a problem getting started, but it was the manufacturers fault who was behind schedule. Once we got the floor here and the demolition started I was amazed. They demolished 700 sq ft in a few hours. The store came back and did the preparation work. Two days later our floors were done. The installers were kind and considerate. I highly recommend them. Everybody was nice as nice they could be. When it came to settle the final payment “due to manufacturer’s delay” Dennis gave me a $250 discount out of his own pocket and told me he would discuss it with the manufacturer. I can’t say enough good things about him. I was so impressed that I went ahead and took digital pictures and video of the job and put it on a CD. I handed it to Carol so they can use it in their advertisement. I have other work in the future and will not go anywhere but to Sunshine Interiors. more

Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland's for one thing he gave freebie. I moved into my house 18 years ago and at first all the windows were covered. Dennis Harrison is a great man and went above and beyond to fix the windows. From then on, the windows have never had any problems or breakage. Even when I had a few other installation issues in the house, he was willing to help. more

We bought baseboards from Sunshine Interiors. They installed the baseboards. The prices were average. I know Dennis on a somewhat personal level, and he is a very good and honest person. The service is timely and outstanding. more
