I have been a member for more than a year and have lasted longer than many of their staff. Everyone has been very pleasant & more than willing to show how to use the different beds, explain different types of lotions & potions, and generally answer any questions I've ever had. I appreciate the ""sales"" they have and the hours they are open. The only problem I've ever had was a couple times the bed I prefer hasn't worked properly. It sprays a mist of water at the press of a button & when that's not working, it gets pretty hot in there. A few times the same bed, which has an after-bronzer, wasn't working either. Because I pay extra for those, when I let them know it isn't working, I would have appreciated a refund. I also think a good idea would be to supply a larger towel or perhaps even two. I chose to go here more for the relaxation than the tanning & it's always been a very pleasant experience.
