Heath was completely unprofessional, he ignored written instructions on the request for quotes, then when his 'office' was contacted the 3rd time in the day to get it corrected the 'receptionist' (I suspect family member) was rude, I told her we had requested that Heath get back to us about the quote. I spoke to Heath that night and he asked for the contact info of my insurance company and said he would split the quote and send it directly.
I spoke to him after supplying the information to him and he said he would get to next week. I told him that I had already explained to my insurance company that they would have it this week, he then accused me of "probably not going to use him anyway" and said he didn't want to do the job anyway.
They came recommended to me, they may be good at the work they do, but the attitude of the owner and his 'staff' is the worst kind of customer service you could experience, I'm thankful his attitude got in the way, I'd hate to think what would happen if you needed customer service after the fact.
