The purpose of this is not to ""reassure"" renters. It is a means to charge additional fees that will NEVER work to the advantage of most residents, but will add to the coffers of the 'required' insurance company Assurant AND WHATEVER REFERRAL KICKBACK FEES MEB (management company) AND SUNRISE RIDGE HAVE NEGOTIATED with Assurant.\r
