Service department is horrible and doesn't care about their customers. For the second time in a row, we brought a vehicle in for repair that wasn't completed when promised. A one day repair turned into a second day so they could order parts, became a third day when they allegedly got the wrong parts, became a fourth day when the parts didn't arrive.\r
During this whole process, they never called to tell us about the delay, we had to call and ask if the vehicle was done. Several times our calls were transferred to voice mail without a live person to answer the simple question if the car was complete or not.\r
Last time this happened we rated their service lousy when Honda called. Immediatly, they called our house and harrassed us about complaining to Honda. This time we tried to talk to a manager, but both the service manager and general manager decided to take the day off.\r
I hope I'm home when Honda calls this time...
