This other review is very interesting. Sounds like exactly what I;'ve gone through. I wrote a check that was cashed 14 weeks ago for $2500. I was told on the day of purchase that it would take 1-2 wks or 4 wks and they would call the next day. Next day I was told 4-6 wks. My phone calls have gone unreturned, or if the owner, Mani Sundrum happens to answer the phone, I am told another week or two or that he'll call me right back. I finally recevied a returned phone call TWO days after leaving a message that I want me money back! This was a voicemail on a Friday in which he stated that he would call me Saturday or Monday to let me know when it would arrive. That was over a week ago. My mother went in to the store on Wed-he was again not available and she left a note asking him to call us both. He has not. HE HAS HAD MY $2500 for FOURTEEN WKS and has given me the worst customer service I have ever received. I want my money back. With work and 2 small children, it is very difficult to get over to the store before 6pm, which is what I guess I need to do, but I'm quite certain he just won't be there anyway! FED UP-don't deal with them!!
