Had scheduled 3 physicals for my children and was happy with how things went. Then, scheduled my own, the same way, by asking for a physical. Was quite surprised at the end of the visit that there wasn't much done other than background. Asked the FNP about this and was told that it's the way she likes to do it, get to know patients first and then schedule the physical. Was a little confused, but said as long as my insurance covers this, no problem. Only to get a bill for this visit, as it wasn't covered by my insurance, a month later. When I talked to the location administrator, her response was, well, it's your word against ours. Now, I'll get reimbursed by my HSA, but who wants to deal with this? Not me. Be careful, it's not the first time I heard negative things about this location. I have a friend who's a MA and says that they're known for being difficult to work for. I can imagine, given how the head person dealt with me at this location, what it would be like to work there.
