How would you like to save money on Summit County gas and car rentals? The Summit Stage is a free bus system, which travels all throughout Summit County. Ski racks on the outside hold your skis. Boarders are welcome to take their boards on the bus. The ride is no doubt a bit longer than a car ride. However, it’s a lovely ride, and the local gossip is entertaining in a traffic jam. In many cases, the Stage will leave you off closer to the mountain than the free parking lot. This is especially true of Copper Mountain.
