Hi Rich, I'm SO happy I went with your company for my move! What a great team of hardworking, capable, nice and fun men! They hustled from the beginning to the end! Carlos even helped me with with a great idea on how to place my bedroom furniture, John helped me with a great idea on how to transport my fish and the tall thinner guy with the ponytail and pink headband went above and beyond with helping me put my totes in my rafters til the very end. We selected your company to handle our local move. This was our first take-care-of-it-ourselves move after many military moves. You came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. Troy Becker was very easy to work with, listened to what my needs and expectations for the move would be and estimated accordingly. He also planned for a second scenario. He was friendly but professional, and I felt very comfortable in talking with him and having him answer my questions. Lindsey Reid has been our contact/coordinator and she, too, has been great to work with. She has answered questions and promptly followed up my inquiries in a helpful manner. Nevertheless, the guys "in the field" were really terrific. We had the crew of Robert, Eddie and Jordan packing our kitchen and dining room and some miscellaneous areas. We have a lot of breakable items many of which are family heirlooms. They did a lovely job of packing. I am happy to report that I haven't found one broken item. I am very relieved! They were very personable and worked quickly but steadily. Their attitudes were so positive-- a delight in this day and age. Moving day brought the crew of Jesse, Robert, Josh, A.J., and John. They also were really great. Again, their attitudes were very positive and they really worked together well. It was nice to see the cooperation and consideration they had for each other. We appreciated their attitudes and abilities. They made our day much easier and more pleasant than I thought it would be. It was a nice experience. I would not hesitate to recommend or refer others to Sullivan United. I hope you will pass on our appreciation to all the guys. more

My entire experience with Sullivan Moving & Storage was fantastic from start to finish. Customer service was incredible, which is the reason why I decided to use them in the first place. The packers were excellent; everything was neatly labeled and placed in the boxes in such a way that nothing would break. The movers themselves were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. They work very fast as well, which is a huge plus. Very pleased with my experience, and would definitely use them again in the future. more

I hired Sullivan when I moved to San Diego. The company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and helped take out the stress from moving. It was easy to set up the move online and all my belongings were carefully packed. There wasn't a single item damaged. All in all everything went smoothly and I can't recommend Sullivan enough for moving in the San Diego area. more

the move guys were fantastic. the packers packed some of our stuff with mislabeled boxes which was frustrating during unpacking because we left half of our stuff packed in boxes for storage. we had to open every single box to get to certain things from other rooms which was tough. other than that, the leader on the day of the move was fast, efficient, helpful, and a highlight of the move. forget his name, sorry. more

I do have a few items that need "tweaking!" There are 2 drawers that are difficult to open, that were fine prior to the move, and a rubber leg tip missing from a laundry sorter. Really minor items more
