Good: the job was done, appears to have been done well. Car was washed and dried. that's really nice.. Bad: 1. an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, seems about 1/2 hour too long. 2. no one came and informed me the service had been completed. 3. clerk had to go find paper work when I finally got up, noticed my car in the lot, and my keys hanging in the clerk's 'office'.. Improvements: Be greeted with a smile when arriving. have a service person at the desk. or if one is at the desk busy with someone else, have them look up and say 'someone will be right with you. Tell the customer when the car is done. have the paper work at the service counter at the same time the car is done and the customer is told.. Other: The service has never met up with the quality of the car. every time I bring my car in and respond to your survey i tell you i can't help but compare service at honda (my other car), where the opposite of the above improvements are a constant (greeted with a smile, told exactly when the car will be done, told when it is, cashier ready with smile and paper work when told. when you guys can do that, you will get much better reviews. But, I absolutely love the car. And I was raised a Ford guy..
