Best Haircut I've Ever Had 6/26/2009

I've been living in this valley for almost 10 years. Adrienne's the first person I've ever felt has understood me. I don't know all the names of ""fancy"" cuts and styles. I do know that without a good cut, you can't get a good style. Instead of saying what kind of haircut I wanted, I told her what I don't want. I don't want to straighten my wavy/curly hair. I don't want to take more than 10 minutes to do my hair. I don't want bell shaped hair. I don't want ""curtain"" shaped hair. I don't want to use too much product. Adrienne said, ""Got it!"" Now I have the best haircut I've ever had and I get compliments everyday. As my hair grows out, it looks better and better. My super thick wavy hair now has shape, style, and bounce! Finally Finally...Perfection #1 Colorist in SCV!!!! 6/19/2009

Adrienne has made me believe in hairstyling once again. I have been looking for along time for someone who knows what they're doing. \r I have lived here for 7 years now, & have been bouncing from salon to salon.\r I've been all over, still with no luck.\r But someone mentioned Adrienne after I noticed how natural and beautiful her hair was. So I looked her up online.\r GREAT REVIEWS!!!!!\r I have never been on Citysearch before, was not aware of it...but now I am.\r And I would like to thank Citysearch for showcasing such a wonderful and talented hairstylist.\r She's a rare one, and worth a call!\r Her prices also can't be beat for the service received.\r Thank you Adrienne. I moved to Santa Clarita from NYC this year and I was desperate to find a good hairdresser. My roots desperately needed some color and I did not know anyone who could recommend me a good specialist. This is when internet came to help and I found Adrienne on City search. I made an appointment and she did everything I had in mind. She is a great specialist. She seriously knows what she is doing. Besides, she looks fantastic and her hair is awesome and that tells a lot! She certainly has passion for what she does and I am going back to see her soon to get some hair extensions done. She is the BEST! I have been looking for a miracle and I found one! I was looking for a change and I found it with Adrienne. I sat down and she worked her magic on me. Adrienne has saved my hair! \r My hair was dry & ugly.\r I knew whatever she would have suggested was better than the way it looked and felt. \r Adrienne colored and deep conditioned my hair so well that it is now so soft and glossy.\r My family and friends cannot believe the difference.\r Adrienne takes extra time and effort in all she does, so that you feel part of the whole process.\r I was very at ease with her, she really is a great stylist!\r Adrienne has earned all of these wonderful reviews!\r Thank you Adrienne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally an EXTRAORDINARY hair stylist in the SCV! 5/18/2009

I went to Adrienne for the 1st time this past Saturday and it’s been awesome!! I’m very happy I’ve finally found a great hair stylist.\r \r Adrienne is definitely not your ordinary stylist - she’s very talented, smart, and knowledgeable; she spends a lot of time with you to accommodate your needs and to recommend the best for your hair type. But most shockingly, her services are reasonably priced.\r \r I love my new highlights & cut - my super-fine hair has never looked this good!! Now I’m excited to try the extensions with her - I’ve always wanted to try them and I truly feel she’s the only one I can trust. Pros: She's a real PRO! more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE 5/18/2009

This experience was better than I expected or anticipated! She is truly a talented hairstylist who knows what she is doing! At 15 you can be very difficult & think you know what you want, but I took my daughter to her & she left there looking amazing! Age appropriate but looked incredible! In addition to getting incredible service you get someone with a beautiful personality who makes you feel like you've known her for years! Go and see for yourself what you have been missing!! All I know is my hair was so ugly until Adrienne transformed it. I have been looking fo someone for so long to trust with it. \r After reading all of her great reviews, I swallowed the lump in my throat (been burned a time or too)and called her. \r The whole time was so comfortable. Adrienne is witty, she makes you feel at home so that you trust her in everything she is about to do. \r My color is beautiful.\r My cut is beautiful.\r I am now beautiful.\r Thanks to Adrienne!\r Call her now! I hadn't had my hair done in over a year. I took a chance on Adrienne David when I saw the amazing reviews she had. I was definitely not disappointed. Adrienne has taken my hair from drab to fab! My color is so beautiful and natural. I felt so at home with her, which has not happened in many many many years of moving around. Bottom line is...Adrienne is your one stop shop! Her experience is well...she leaves me speechless!!! Which has not happened in many many many years either! Adrienne is a BIG fish in alittle pond! 5/6/2009

I am relieved to have found such a competent stylist. Adrienne made me feel at home with her the 1st second I met her. She put me at ease about my awful color from a previous stylist. Putting me at ease saying, it's all fixable..She really does explain every single step so that you always know what's next. Of course tossing in a few jokes throughout. (-: \r This visit to Adrienne was alot of fun and I have learned so much from her about my hair. She also came through by putting a nice smile on my husbands face! City Look without the Hoi Polloi pretense! 5/4/2009

I came to Adrienne on my last trip back home to LA after I found her on Citysearch and couldn't find my old stylist.\r \r I received the best cut I've had in over a dozen years and didn't have to put up with the snooty nonsense of the high end ""name"" shops and stylists I've been a client of in Chicago and I received more attention and a far better cut.\r \r Given that wonderful experience and the lovely personality that is Adrienne's I'm back again for another cut, this time with color. \r \r The thing I like most about Adrienne is that she listens carefully, then explains what will work for you and what won't and also describes the maintenence you will require. (How many shops do that?) Plus she has a wonderful sense of humor and shares lots of great stories. I knew I was a 'regular' after my first visit: you will be too. Pros: Technically superior skills. Great value. Convenient. Cons: I can't find one. more

Since my appointment with Adrienne I have just been smiling non-stop! I had Adrienne color & high/lowlight my hair plus cut & style. She was wonderful with all of it. The one thing that really sticks out in my mind is how different her approach to coloring hair is? Step by step she was fantastic! Explaining everything clearly enough so that I understood it all. Such a fun girl with so much personality! 5....10....20 stars are not enough for Adrienne! She really stands out in what she does! Thank you Adrienne!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: that I found her! This girl is fabulous! I mean it! I found her her on citysearch after moving to California. I have had my hair done a few times and have paid ALOT of money. Mistaking what I thought would be quality because of price, has left me more than sad and very unhappy. Just because you drive to Beverly Hills, does not mean you will have the best experience either. It is the last time that I go to a salon just because it has a fancy header on the building! And then only to be greeted by a stylist that looks 11. Adrienne has changed all of that! With her, what you get is pure, beautiful hair. She's fun and hip, and mostly she listens to everything you say. So all these great reviews are so true. I'm just so glad I took the chance and found her. Gone to the days of ugly hair and high prices! I love you Adienne and my hair loves you too! Pros: Nobody even comes close to her experience Cons: none, I am so happy! more

Great Hair!!! 4/24/2009

Adrienne is fantastic!\r \r Not only does she understand the look I am going for, she actually is making it happen without having it be painful or unattractive in the process (the dreaded in between phase).\r \r Adrienne is competent and professional as well as very upbeat & fun! I highly recommend her to all who love sporting great hair. I actually recommended her to my mom , who had the misfortune of going somewhere else and had her hair butchered by a someone who had less personality than a door frame. When she left Adrienne she was a transformed woman. She loved her hair and swore that in 62 years and 2 countries no one had done a better job and been so pleasant doing it. Now that's saying something!\r \r Pros: A stylist who understands and can translate into great hair Cons: No cons, if there was some I wouldn't go back more

Instant Makeover!!! 4/15/2009

I just wanted to be able to look trendy and different and not have to always put effort into my hair to make it look good... and Adrienne knew exactly what to suggest and do. I looked different and better without a drastic change in the length of my hair, which made me happy =) ...and I loved the addition of low-lights and bangs...because sometimes ""less is more""!!
