The male owner- Reno - is pompous arrogant and rude. Calling in one day to get highlights, this pompous french man actually said to me "everyones talking about you and how you're never satisfied". You read that right he said that to me, unreal. I also know from a stylist that used to work there that there were a lot of shadey money miss handlings. In other words stylists not getting paid what they should. Another thing my stylist told me is that the owner was charging me more than the normal rate. All in all, a weird arrogant environment, seek services elsewhere! more

I didnt realize that the owner kept my credit card number without my permission or knowlege after I made a purchase! I had been a customer for 3 years and I had major emergency surgery so I had to cancel an appointment. I called to let them know that I would be unable to make the appointment, yet they charged my credit card $250 without my knowledge or permission. They also didn't have my permission to ever store my credit card number, so I was shocked when I saw the charge. This is fraud!!! more

Mediocre at best, overpriced, disrespectful owners with rude attitudes. I have been a client for over 4 years, this salon used to be prestige & creation. Owners changed name because all their staff have walked out two 2 or 3 time because of dishonesty, non payment and rude behavior from owners. One of my stylist decided to leave over a year ago, Breene, and they refuse to tell me where she is. I decided to have my hair cut by Claudie the owner, I scheduled a morning appt and waited over 2 hours for her to even show up to the salon. She had 2 people waiting before me and I ended up spending about 4 hours there for 1 haircut! I wanted my hair trimmed, after she chopped off about 4 inches or more I paid well over 130.00 for a haircut I didnt want, when I got home noticed my bangs were crooked!! I came back to have them fixed and they insisted I go to the bar to have my hair blow dried. While I waited for the other stylist, the owner Rino offered another client at the bar a beverage, and completely ignored me, and never offered a beverage to me. What??? They are selective on who deserves a beverage? After I was hugely treated like a 3rd class citizen by these people, I will never go back again! Huge waste of money, no apologies, my time was unimportant to them, a huge waste. I also noticed the other reviews, sounds like the owner Rino wrote it, not a client review. more

This place is fantastic! The stylists are so nice and very helpful. The best part is that they listen and make the very best to make you feeling and looking great. Appointments are always easy to get. I go to the styling bar because it is in a convenient location, the service is fantastic, the price is right, and I leave there always satisfied with my hair-do! more
