Claudia is the ""hair whisperer""! She is an expert in all matters pertaining to hair. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and can honestly say I won't go anywhere else. I love over an hour away from her salon and its well worth the trip for me. Over the years I have recommended my family and friends and all of them have been impressed with her work. You will not find a hair technician, stylist who is as skilled in all the many areas: color, style, cut, men, extensions, treatments...everything! She does amazing work and has always been acoommodating and flexible to meet the needs of her customers' schedules and their special requests. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch hair creation in the Dallas metroplex! more

I have never written a review for anything before, but I knew I had to write one to warn others about getting their haircut here! My ""hair stylist"", Rosa, seemed like she has never cut hair before in her life. Not only did she not pay attention to me when she was shampooing my hair (soap in eyes, ears, on clothes), she paid even LESS attention when she was cutting my hair. She just grabbed chunks of my hair and started cutting- didn't bother to put it in segments or layers.. just literally GRABBED a random chunk and cut away. At several points while cutting away, she was not even looking at my hair. Whenever someone walked by or she just felt like looking away, she would just... look away... and yet, still cut. She also started rubbing my hair on my face saying it was good for my skin. I don't think it was.. granted I had make up on and she was rubbing my make up into my skin. She also did not blow dry my hair fully or attempt to make it look remotely styled or presentable at all. It was frizzy and my bangs were completely uneven. She wasn't a mean lady by any means, but just a REALLY horrible and unattentive hair stylist. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more
