Today, June 24 I called again to get my Letter of Credit and Payment History requested on June 11, 2009 and promised to receive within 3-5 business days. Still waiting on these documents after numerous calls and waiting up to an hour. Employees will not direct my request to another level for help. This will be costly when Stream's service goes to month to month on July 2, because I cannot change without letter of credit, credit history or pay $400. deposit on new service. Never, Never, Never use Stream Energy!!!!!
