We have used this company for the last three years, per recommendation of our neighbor, who has been using them for 35 years. We asked them to evaluate our AC, which they said they would estimate at no cost. We just got a bill for $100. Will be happy to revise this review if they waive this bill, but has already left a bad taste in my mouth. If they sucker us in with a "free estimate" then they should respect their words. To make matters worst, they misdiagnosed the problem anyways. The AC started back up with no need to replace the motor fan.\r
Additionally, the same neighbor who recommended them to us stated that she had them come out for her AC as well and they tried to sell her a complete new unit when three others told her that it was unnecessary. \r
Really disappointed with the current service. Seems they are trying to gouge faithful customers in a bad economy.
