Kika Jackson has done hair for me, my husband and my children. She does a great job! She is attentive to your input, terrifically patient with the kids, and does great hair. On top of that, she is one of the sweetest people that you'll meet. more

Amazing! 4/29/2012

After going to other salons, I'm very pleased with having Sarah Durant do my hair! She is very thorough and in tune to making you leave feeling amazing. I suggest to anyone wanting a new summer look to go and see her. Call and book an appointment with Sarah Durant!!!! more

My hair turned orange! 3/7/2012

I was shocked that my hair was transformed into a shade of orange. I will not mention the stylist name as she knows who she is. I think she should call me and refund me the charge for the orange-brassy color. What ever was put on my head at the sink for a quick fix did not work and burned my scalp. It has been 2 weeks since I posted this review and I have had no response from the Salon. I hope that no one else has the experience that I have had and the expense that is required to correct a very bad color job. I also will have to wait at least a year for for the bad hair cut to grow out. I think a lot of these reviews are solicited by friends not real customers. Please read the reviews with low ratings and do not make the same mistake I did. more

Strata Salon- Elizabeth 3/5/2012

After moving to Moscow a few years ago for school, I struggled to find a stylist that knew what they were doing and was fun to go to. I found Elizabeth from Strata Salon in downtown Spokane from rave reviews online, and boy were they accurate. My boyfriend and I make the hour and a half drive every few weeks to see Elizabeth. She does an amazing job and obvious knows what she is doing. I appreciate how helpful she is with styling suggestions and to top it all off she is super fun! We always look forward to our appointments and always leave happy. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth!! more

Best salon experience in the area, and not just for girls 1/30/2012

Elizabeth is hands down the best stylist I've ever been to. She listens to what you want, gives great advice and suggestions, and more importantly does an amazing job. I usually hate getting my hair cut, mostly because of the awkward social experience that takes place. But Elizabeth is the first stylist I've been to that makes the experience very enjoyable and fun. It is pretty clear that she loves her job and has a lot of confidence in what she does. I live in Moscow, Idaho and both my girlfriend and I have agreed that the hour and a half trip to Spokane is well worth it for a stylist who knows what she's doing. more

Keilah is the GOOD GOOD as far as hair goes in Spokane!! shes quick, thorough, professional and above all honest about hair!! i kinda sorta told her what i wanted, as i knew i could trust her, and she did what i wanted and more!! i rolled into work today and ive gotten so many compliments i feel famous!! hehehehe!! if you want amazing hair, at a great price and perfect timing, GO TO KEILAH AT STRATA!!! she is the BOSS when it comes to hair!!! more

Excellent but I can't commit because of cost 12/30/2011

I needed to get a quick haircut afterwork and couldn't go to my usual person so I made an appointment with Strata. Their late evening hours and online booking made this very convenient! I saw Elizabeth and she did an excellent job and was fun to chat with. The cut was amazing and kept a good shape for weeks. I seriously considered switching to her but when I called to find out what a cut AND color would cost I found it was almost double where I currently go. The price of the hair cut was totally on par with what I expected but the salon bills for haircuts and colors separately. Everyplace I've always been the color included a cut. If the color cost included a cut I would have no problem with the cost. My last cut with my person at a different salon wasn't so good so I'm still considering the switch. I just might have to do at home color so I can continue with cuts by Elizabeth. more

Keilah did my hair tonight and she did an awesome job!!!!! She was very friendly and professional, she paid attention to how I wanted my hair and did what I wanted!!! She got the color perfect and took her time to make my hair perfect!!! more

While I usually hate getting my hair cut, she made me feel very comfortable and at home. The whole process was nice and painless and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend all of my friends go there. Very kind and friendly service. more

Consistently Excellent 11/17/2011

I only know Elizabeth at Strata Salon but there has never been a day she cut my hair without a dozen compliments on it. She can work quickly and pays meticulous attention to detail. Very proficient in her trade, I would recommend her to anyone seeking a hair stylist. She's the best I've ever had. more

Awesome Blowout!! 10/16/2011

Keilah at Strata Salon was my hair stylist at Strata and she did a fantastic job! I have very curly hair and now it's so smooth, straight and soft! Only took about 2 hrs and it was worth every penny!!!! Thank you Keilah! It's so fun to change your look!! more

Amazing extensions and haircuts by Keilah! 8/2/2011

I've been getting my cuts and trims done by Keilah for almost two years now and she never fails to impress me. My sister, mom, and a couple friends have even been so impressed that they've started going to Keilah for cuts and color too. I considered getting extensions for a long time and with a little encouragement from the Strata staff I finally gave in and have ever since been so happy with them! Keilah made the experience fun and relaxing, not painful. She blended the extensions with my real hair and you can't even tell I have extensions. If you'rr thinking about getting extensions I highly recommend doing it and getting them put in by Keilah. Mine have been in for six weeks now and still going strong. She did so great and can give really good advice on choosing your extensions and where to get them. So go for it! You'll love the staff, service and atmosphere! more

I Love my Extensions by Strata 3/11/2011

I went to Keilah at Strata to get my extensions put in for spring break a couple days ago and she did an amazing job. They look completely natural, and my head did not hurt at all as they sometimes say it will. The color is perfect and I could really tell she cared about doing a good job. She even curled my hair at the end and made it look super amazing! I would definitely recommend Keilah at Strata if you want extensions put in that look beautiful, and if you want a really relaxing time at the Salon. more

Elizabeth is by FAR the best stylist i have ever gone to. before her i was never a fan of getting my hair done. but ever since i met her all i get is compliments on how good my hair looks. she's the best because she can take your silly hand motions and unconnected thoughts and give you exactly what you had envisioned in your head. i love her because she makes you feel 100% comfortable, she's an amazing conversationalist and always makes my experience fun, while remaining completely professional. i cant imagine anyone else doing my hair but her. and i will continue to go to her. more
