First appointment, requested specific doctor, they call to confirm but have given me a different doctor, saying the doctor I was scheduled for did not work that day. They should have never scheduled me for that day then! I cancelled. Reseached doctors, still wanted to see the one I requested. Called again. Thoroughly explained previous situation, was assured doctor I wanted would be able to see me. Same thing, the day before the appointment, get a message confirming appointment with yet another doctor. Was told by manager that doctor I requested had a scheduling change. Don't mind that, but don't want to be ""force-fed"" a doctor. As a customer, I should have been notified as soon as the change was known, and be GIVEN THE OPTION as to whether I wanted to keep the appointment or reschedule for a different time with my doctor. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. If they can't even keep my appointments straight and use a little common (uncommon) courtesy, I certainly don't want to trust them with my personal health!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
