THE GREATEST CAR SALESMAN EVER 10/21/2012

I was having THEEEE WORST DAY I COULD POSSIBLY have. I was on the last day of my vacation 4hrs away from home and my car had a major break down. Stuck stranded miles away from home with my kids, I was absolutely in a very bad situation. Car was towed to the nearest Toyota dealership in the area which was Steven Toyota but I had no idea how I was going to get home let alone how I was going to get to the dealership which was 30 miles away. Steven Toyota was very sympathetic to my situation and actually sent Ron Pleasant to pick me up and bring me to the dealership and let me say that they sent a super EXPERT for the job. Ron single handed turned my horrible day to the perfect day. He saw how stressed I was and made me laugh for the first time in the past 14 hours of a sleepless night. He was very patient and worked out an unbelievable deal that I am still in disbelief of. My car axle was broken and repair would cost me almost $1000 bucks and would not be ready until 4 days later. Pleasant Experience 9/29/2012

Jonathan Irvine immediately greeted me at the door to the dealership when I arrived with a pleasant smile and a firm handshake. I told him what I was interested in and he immediately went to obtain the car for a test drive. I felt that Jon was knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and extremely professional and exerted none of the typical sales pressure so often associated with car dealerships.\r \r Additionally, after researching my new purchase for nearly 3 months, Stevens not only offered the best customer service, but also the best price for my new vehicle. more

I recently bought a Rav 4 from Steven Toyota. My salesman was Dazz. I couldn't have asked for a better one! He was courteous and gentlemanly to the extent of even offering us an umbrella! He took our needs/wants into consideration and helped us drive away with a wonderful car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, but especially to any young woman who is in need of a car! Dazz was awesome! more

Excellent experience 8/18/2012

I was very impressed with Jeremy's knowledge about the various models of Toyotas. He was patient and helpful from start to finish, considerate of what was important to me in selecting a car and options, and gave me space to make the decisions that worked best for me. Logan was likewise very informed about the financial aspects of our transaction and took time to make sure I understood everything. Both Logan and Jeremy were easy to work with, and very professional. Jeremy made sure that I had everything I needed from start to finish, and I highly recommend them both. more

This is our 3rd car we've purchased from this dealership. Very quick process of purchasing TWO new cars! Taylor Jones and Ryan Sodikoff were very helpful with the new electronics on the Prius V and showed us how much we'll save in fuel. Super friendly guy and very knowledgeable. We drove in from Northern Virgina with our two big dogs. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. We will definitely recommend Taylor and STEVEN Toyota in the future! more

Excellent 8/4/2012

I had a 2006 Toyota Rav4 and was looking to upgrade and get a V6. Mike was extremely helpful with all of my questions and did not pressure me into a sale. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and spent a lot of time with me to ensure I had all of my questions answered. I run a Customer Care department and I think that one of the most important things in customer service is to mold to your customer; know your customer. I try to instill this in my agents on a regular basis. Mike definitely has this skill and it seems to come natural to him. \r \r I appreciate the friendliness and patience from Mike. Steven at Steven Toyota 7/13/2012

In a word...Fantastic! I stopped by this dealer just to browse and walked out with a truck. Steven was great, when he introduced himself I felt immediately at ease and welcomed like a fmaily member. He did not pressure me in anyway and took the time to show me many, many vehicles before I decide on a truck. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was the first time a saleman showed me the serivce area and introduced me to one of the service managers and even a few of the technicians. In all my years this has never been done BEFORE I bought a car...nice touch.\r \r I have already recommended Steven and Steven Toyota to my friends and co-workers. more

Great experience with all the folks at Steven Toyota, (James Mason and Matt Francisco). They knew what I was after and did not try to recommend a different car or one with more options. They were very professional and willing to work with me. They knew I was trying to decide between 2 vehicles and they did a great job of providing me with unbiased information to help with my decision. They also were able to offer some add-ons that helped make it more enticing to purchase the Camry. Overall a great experience. I am now looking forwarded to our continued relationship...most specifically the service. more

Josh great to work with. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. and ended up purchasing, He answered our questions thoroughly and went above and beyond our expectations in helping us. We changed vehicles- we test drove one and had numbers crunched and upgraded to another vehicle that was on sales floor. There was no pressure from any of the staff. I just recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4, and the experience dealing with Steven Toyota was the absolute best! Buying any car is a big decision, but the salesperson I was fortunate to deal with, Mr. Tyler Simmons, made that decision much smoother. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very honest in comparing my other vehicles of interest; Tyler went out of his way to selflessly provide an abundant amount of information. For example, the listing of all the incentives offered by Toyota, which will not be matched elsewhere. Unlike the impression given by a couple other local dealers across the street, the entire Steven Toyota staff was very patient and professional; there was no obscene pressure given to myself, the consumer. New 2011 Tacoma 12/14/2010

This was my second purchase from Steven Toyota and another great experience! Matt Milam was great to deal with, I really appreciate when a salesman knows the vehicle inside and out. Steven Toyota review 11/23/2010

After totaling my 2001 Toyota Avalon we had to begin our search in finding a car. We found a 2003 Toyota Avalon that was in perfect condition at Stephen Toyota. Everyone there was very nice and very easy to work with. After coming to an agreement on the price we were ready to roll. Thank you so much to everyone who was there to help us. On our way home my husband commented that this was the most pleasant experience he had ever had in buying a car. more
