Sterling Acura is the best! 5/20/2012

First of all I love my Acura. With the economy the way it is right now I was worried about the financing problems that you hear about on the news. I was pleasantly surprised that I ended up with the best interest rate I have ever had on a car loan and got what I wanted on my trade. But a list of perks they offer was what really sweetened the deal for me. 24 hour roadside assistance 24 hour emergency towing 3 months of XM radio for free Trip interruption and rental reimbursement. Which means if I have car trouble 50 miles or more away they pick up the car, tow it to the closest Acura dealership, pay for a rental car and a hotel if need be. But they will also pay for meals if the car caused you to get stuck somewhere. They offer a 3 day guarantee that if I didn't like the car I could make an equal trade or trade for a more expensive car and pay the difference. They offer what they called an extended test drive. They let me have my car for several days to make sure I liked it. Just filled out a one page form, gave a copy of my insurance and that was it. Didn't have to do anything in addition to that until I got back and decided I loved it. One of my favorite perks is the car washes for life. I go at least 4 times a week or more. You can go every day and more than once if you want. They wash it, vacuum it out and I see they put a flower in the cars the women were having washed. Pretty slick. Airport Pick-up and drop-off. So when I fly to Dallas I leave my car there, they can change my oil and detail it, then they pick me up when I get back and my car is clean and ready to go. Nice... I like their loaner car service. They offer their newest cars to drive if you have to get any work that takes over 3 hours. If it's less than that they have a shuttle for pick up and drop off. I know using their loaners is a way to get me to fall for the newest car but hey it's still nice to drive the new toys. You can also have them pick up your car for service, leave you a loaner, and then bring your car back to you when finished for a small fee. I think it was $50 or something like that. For the dealership I have to give them high marks. Very nice place and very friendly people. Spotless show room and they have an air conditioned shop for your car. Supposedly one of the few in the state like that. They don't have sales people walking around to chase you when you hit the lot. They call up sales people from their office to meet you when you walk in. They have free star bucks coffee any time for customers as well as bottled water and usually when I go up there they have an assortment of cookies. When I take my youngest daughter I know she won't be bored because they have this kid's play room next to the waiting area. The play room has a closed circuit TV camera that shows by the TV in the waiting area next to the play room. Nice leather chairs to sit in and free wi-fi connection. They have this little office area with phones when I need to step away for some privacy during a call. I was so impressed I had my parents come down from Dallas to buy their car. I highly recommend them. James Woods is their GM and Adrian Davis is the owners' son. They always give me a nice greeting when I come up there. So besides owning this awesome car I get the first class treatment. Go test drive one because I love my car and my experience so much I know you will too. more

Top Notch Experinece!!! 3/19/2012

I bought my TL from Sterling Acura and the experience was flawless from the sales staff to the finance dept. Everyone was GREAT. I referred a friend who bought a TL as well...and her experience was the same. I will buy my next Acura from Sterling. Best car purchase experience ever. more

Best Service ""NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES"" 8/25/2006

I visited another dealership in the area and all they wanted to know is if ""I was willing to buy today"" . I personally hate that. I did my research at home on-line and figured out what features I wanted and what I was willing to pay. After a quick call to Chris Tohill, Internet Sales Manager, I had all the answers including when the car will be available, and the value of my trade. When I arrived, my new car was completely detailed and ready to got. 1.5 hours later I was on my way. I loved the service and my wife found them to be very informative on all the features. The car is for her. We highly recommend this dealership. Pros: Everything Airport suttle service, and free car washes. more
