Okay, my rant for the day...
So, I submitted a request for plumbing service through my home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS). Luck of the draw gave me some rinky dink outfit in the City of Orange called Step 2 Plumbing and Drain. Funny how AHS does not assign me the same exact company that was assigned to me the last time I called.
So, I submitted the request on Sunday, 26-Dec-2010. It is now Wednesday, 29-Dec-2010 and still have not heard anything back from Step 2 Plumbing. AHS called and left them a message and they did not even return their call. I called and left two messages this morning with no call back.
I called AHS and requested a new plumber since this guy is obviously on vacation and doesn't even bother to indicate that on his answering machine (do people still use those?).
If you want prompt plumbing service, you'll want to stay away from Step 2 Plumbing and Drain in Orange, CA.
