Where oh where did my Natalie go? I am now working with a Michelle and she makes my job so hard. When I need to order, I feel like I just been to the dentist and got my teeth pulled. She cant answer any of my questions and always has to call me back after speaking with Larry. The call back is always days later. The manager Cindy will call and two words describes her RUDE and STUPID! I used to love calling Steel Guard and Nat was super fast and fun to speak with. Now, calling is such a bother. Can anyone recommend a company who knows what they are doing? I need to order welding curtains. more

Steel Guard Safety was such a wonderful experience. A lady named, Natalie helped me and I was so confused at first but she calmed me down and explained everything to me and sending me pictures of the items she was discussing with me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 9/19/2011

This company has incredibly bad customer service!! They had a sales rep by the name of Natalie actually tell me that I was being "Rude" and "demanding" by requesting the quote I had already requested and she had assured me would be done. I had requested over 48 prior a quote, and instead of telling me she couldn't get it done, she just didn't say anything at all until I called her out on leaving me in the dark. Then she goes on to tell me that she has over 50 quotes per day to do... more
