Just what I expect from a carpet cleaning supply company.\r
They have a horrible return policy.\r
The 2nd order I placed with them... I was told the part was in stock. After not receiving the part on time I called to find out they ordered the part from Mfr. 5 days after the order was placed. And even then you think they would have made up for their failure by requesting next day shipping... THEY DID NOT. They had it shipped regular freight. Nine days after I placed the order, I still don't have a UPS tracking number.
