The two men who serviced my carpets and air vents were punctual, polite, and efficient. I was initially quite pleased with the carpet results on my old, worn carpets. However, upon closer inspection after the crew left, I saw that the queen size bed in one of the bedrooms, which takes up most of the room's square footage, had not been moved to be cleaned under. The sofa in another bedroom had not been moved, nor had any of the exercise equipment in another room. I specified not moving the china cabinet, piano, and bookcase headboard, but was not told that NONE of the furniture would be moved! The local office assistant told me that their customers prefer that furniture NOT be moved. I prefer that when I am charged to clean the carpet in a room that the carpet in the room be cleaned!! I was also charged for prespotting, and some stains were removed, but I spent hours cleaning the remaining spots with my household spot remover. At least a local store benefitted as I had to buy a carpet steamer to complete the job.
