Being a general liability policy holder, I find it rather odd that I cannot have a certificate sent to client by calling the corporate offices. My agent is out of town for 2 weeks, so, I guess I can't work for 2 weeks. Maybe I should withhold a month's premiums, since State Farm is not providing a service I pay for! Or, as my client suggested, I may just go out and get insurance elsewhere. I am sure there are several agents that would love to underwrite my General Liability policy. calling in got me nowhere, i spoke to some operator that couldn't even put me in contact with anyone who could answer my simple questions. Good-bye State Farm, hello Farmer's!!!!!
