I have been with State Farm for many years and with Doug Sawyer's agency for many of those. I am deaf and have found them to go above and beyond in assisting me. I have always found them helpful and willing to take the time to explain things - even back when I could hear. I would certainly say that they are as good as any other insurance agency that I have ever dealt with. more

Just a regular average insurance company 9/29/2005

This state farm office is nothing special. They answer your questions in a robotic type manner. They are unfriendly, give you the runaround when you call. To answer your questions you get put on hold, then on hold again. I think they need to hire or train their staff members to know about the services they offer. more
