We had used Mark Fugett for years, and I had never been crazy about how they treated us. I had to call two and three times before I would ever receive our new insurance cards, and that was typical of them -- they always needed reminding of my needs. We moved away for a year, and when we moved back I made the mistake of using Mark Fugett again. I told him we were switching back, and he asked our address, and that was the end of the call. Our move was hectic and I didn't notice we hadn't received our bill in the mail, but a couple months later I called to check up on things, and they told me our insurance had been cancelled for non-payment. They had made no attempt to contact me before cancelling, and our insurance rates skyrocketed after that. I'm majorly regretting using him again.
