I have never been treated so disrespectful by any professional in my life! Every month there would be extra fees for services I had not requested on my account. When I would call to receive an explanation I was mocked by Mr. Berry. Mr. Berry has not only deleivered poor services, but treats his consumers with disrespect and has actually yelled at me at several occasions. I would highly discourage any one from ever utilizing his services. I have used state farm for 9 years and have always had postivie relations with other insurence agents so this is not a reflection on the company, but instead the man is ruinng not only his name, but also doing a diservice to his company.
