You have a better chance of getting the president on the phone than you do this guy. He doesn't return calls no matter how pressing the matter is. I had 2 tickets in 10 years and State farm dropped me because "all eligibility requirements were not met" (A year after the last ticket I might add) That may not have been his direct decision but I atleast expect a phone call to let me know I was going to be dropped so I can line up another company to insure me. Or at least return my phone calls after attempting to contact him multiple times to see what could be done. Do yourself a favor and do not go with state-farm and if you do, don't choose him as your provider.
