Stasio Chiropractic has been promoting the heck out of $20 massages in ads in local newspapers. Sure it sounds great... if you can ever actually get an appointment. I made the mistake of buying a bunch of gift certificates at that price and months later I am still holding on to a good portion of them. They don't book more than a week in advance. They only start booking for the following week on Thursday mornings around 10 am. That means if you work or cannot call during that time, it is likely to be booked up by the afternoon or by Friday. Now, it's cheap for a reason. In this chiropractic center, they also run a massage school. The therapists are nice, but woefully inexperienced. I'm guessing it's cheap to get people through the door so the newbies can get some experience and build their skills. But quite frankly, I'd rather go some place where the therapists are more skilled... you can really tell the difference. Also, for some people the heavy Christian atmosphere is a put off. I'm a Christian, but it's way over board. Christian music pumped into the lobby, pictures of Jesus, literature and bibles, etc. Oddly enough, Dr. Stasio was alleged to have exposed himself to a massage employee back in 2004 (google it). So the whole atmosphere is just weird.
Pros: It was cheap
Cons: Difficult to get appt., inexperienced therapists
