I bought a several bottles of wine a few years ago, and one was REALLY bad (spoiled), so I took it back to warn them that others in the bin might be bad also. Bud Starr wandered over while I was discussing it with an employee, tasted the wine, screwed up his face, said ""He didn't get this HERE did he?!"" When the reply was ""Yes"", he said ""GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK!!!"" I was not even asking for the money, I just wanted to inform them of the problem. He refunded the money and pulled all the remaining bottles from the shelf. This service is what keeps me coming back to Starr's.
