After my disappointing experience at a downtown salon, all I needed was a starbucks fix for a little pick me up. I was greeted, like I was the only one that mattered, by a fun energetic staff. They even asked my name so they could ?remember it for next time? I will skip Oakwood and drive the extra 10 min. for this kind of service! Pros: great customer service more
