I had an emergency plumbing situation at my house. A pipe had burst in my basement and water was leaking everywhere. I called Stahl at 11:30 at night when I saw they did 24/7 plumbing. I spoke to an actual person who took my information and they had a plumber call me back within 15 minutes. Stahl came out that night fixed everything. They were honest and priced fairly. I was worried they might try to price gauge me because it was an overnight call, but they did not. I would recommend Stahl to anyone looking for a fair price for emergency work. more

STAHL PLUMBING very efficient 2/15/2012

Stahl Plumbing installed a furnace/boiler for us in February 2012. They are very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Very helpful in explaining to me what needed done. I had a problem the next day with it not shutting down, and they were out here in the morning and fixed the problem. I would recommend them very highly more

always professional and right the first time 10/29/2010

Since purchasing an apartment building in the Pittsburgh area almost three years ago we have used Stahl for heating and plumbing issues about two dozen times from minor to major repairs and work and have never been disappointed. We have even compared their prices and though some times a little higher than an independent it has never been significant enough to keep us from using them. Their work is always completed efficiently and with professionalism and is always done right the first time! I just called them again this morning for an issue and know when they arrive I have to expect nothing but the best. more

They Don't Stahl around...they're quick! 7/30/2010

Called them up this morning at 8:00 - they were at our house with a hot water heater by Noon. Just wish they could've provided more info about energy efficient models. Thought we would be entitled to the gov't rebate of $100.00. Sadly, the model they brought over does not fall within the gov't list. Only other complaint - is it was expensive. Wish we would've gone with an independent plumber. Probably in the end though - with all the steps involved, it may have not saved us much more than $100.00 - but still we should've check out our options. Stahl provides top rate service - but you're gonna pay. more

These guys are crooks 10/27/2009

These guys are crooks? - ? - I had these guys out to bid a clean out of my sewer line that is partially clogged. I knew that I needed to install a clean out since I couldn't locate the original clean out access. They bid the job at $2700 for what would be a few hours work at most! I laughed at the guy and he immediately took $700 off the bid. These guys are crooks! Get a second and third bid if you can. As it turns out i will end up doing my job for under $300. more
