KM Level 1 (1 hour) Students learn basic striking techniques (kicking, punching, elbow strikes, knees) along with instinctual self-defense techniques, practicing ?hands on? with fellow students. Members will be introduced to a variety of drills simulating stressful situations. Comprehensive Curriculum KM Level 2 Yellow belt students. Level 2 builds on level 1 by addressing more complex defensive situations and by teaching more technically difficult, but still very effective, strikes and counters. You'll also start learning how to operate in a ground fight using techniques taken from wrestling and brazilian jiu-jitsu. Comprehensive Curriculum KM Level 3 More Advanced TechniqueComprehensive Curriculum KM Level 4 More Advanced Technique. Comprehensive Curriculum KM Level 5 More Advanced Technique. Comprehensive Curriculum Intro to Fight / Sparring Once you've graduated to level two you'll have the option of joining this class. In class you will focus on the elements of fighting and learn offenses and defenses in a controlled environment. Once you have had some practice you'll get to put on the pads and spar against your classmates. You'll develop your reflexes and fighting skills by facing constantly changing situations ? all practiced in a controlled, but live-speed environment.
