i was glad to see a spring creek bbq in this part of town but unfortunately this particular site suffers in quality control compared to the other locations. the brisket was like leather and i had a difficult time hacking through it with their cutlery, and the sides ranged from just palatable (mac & cheese) to insipid (beans). i may give that location another try, but with a town full of good bbq joints why bother?
