My pregnant wife, 4 year old son, and myself are being kicked to the curb. I satisfied 2 year long leases, with never a late payment. I then lost my job, and got behind a payment. I was right up front with management, and immediately made a payment agreement to catch up, I satisfied that payment agreement as written, and right on time. We're now being kicked to the curb upon the end of my 3rd lease. After $45,000+ paid in rent. No thanks for being a good tenant for 3 years, just a cold letter saying get out by this date. Along with a nice note about continuing to do everything right, else we'll give you a bad reference. The corporate ownership in NJ are too good to even speak to us ordinary people. And the property manager insists that she only does what ""they"" tell her to do. Outrageous. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!
