Ordered a very simple veil from here - no trim, lace, beading, or anything complicated, and I paid in full when I ordered it. When i went to pick it up, ""joseph"" who had taken my order, said he had lost the order, so part of my veil was not completed (the blusher). He asked if i could come back to get it. I phoned in the following week, and it was ready-I asked if my fiance could come in to pick it up, to save me a third trip to the shop. The owner, Frank, SCREAMED over the phone to me ""well, if you have any problems I don't want to hear about it"". I tried explaning to him, that first, the reason i'm having to come in AGAIN, was because they had lost my order, and second, if I did have a problem, why couldn't I just come back (again, my veil was nothing intricate at all, very, very simple - they just lost the order, so didn't know to make the blusher part of it). He continued to scream and shout at me, and then HUNG UP THE PHONE! I called back and he continued his rant in a very rude and even threatening way. In my ENTIRE LIFE, I have NEVER been treated this way, EVER. What person, especially the OWNER of a business, hangs up the phone on a customer???? especially when 1. it was not my fault that i had to come back, and 2. over something as little as who is picking up the veil? As I had paid in full when i ordered the veil, I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and report this owners abusive behavior. ""in business for 30 years""...well, you may be , but it's certainly not from doing business with repeat customers, because treating people this way, you would have been OUT of businsess ""THIRTY YEARS AGO""!!!
