Looking at the other reviews, I would assume that at the actual brick and mortar store, the service is acceptable and the entire experience is satisfactory. Ordering online however, proves to be a different story...\r
I ordered a product online, then after FOUR days, they charge my account and says the order has been confirmed. The product did not arrive until 9 business days (13 days total!) and my attempts at communication were comparable to watching molasses shift (ie. did not happen). \r
The product also looked beat up and the packaging was tattered and loose. There wasn't any physical damage to the product, but it did not look brand new.\r
Their prices are low, but I would never order another item from this store online (or at all after this experience). Be advised!
Pros: Good brick and mortar service, probably...
Cons: No customer service online, SLOW product shipping
