I bought my vehicle new from them and should have known right off what caliber people I was dealing with. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted to look at on their lot eventhough I was told they had 4. We decided to put our name on the list to get the car we wanted. When it came in 5 weeks later, it had the wrong interior color( light gray vs. red & Black interior). They upholstered it and asked if we would split the cost with them. We politely declined. Then I received a recall notice for my sunroof. I took it in and was told it was fine. While they had my car they decided to do some other updates(without my knowledge or permission) and messed up my customized onboard computer screen and my blue tooth. Then my sunroof exploded in December, in the middle of the night, sitting in my drive way. I called Road Side assistance to have it taken to them. It took them 3 weeks to replace the sunroof, fix the scratches on my car, not fix the interior that got damaged in the process and returned the car more dirty than it was when it was taken in( this was after I was told it would get detailed). Did I mentioned that I took my car there 3 or 4 times and took the shuttle twice. Both times the shuttle did not come and get me at the end of the day?
Now the sunroof is not working properly and they are unwilling to work with me in getting this fixed. They told me it was Hyundai's issue and I should take it to another dealership. Ken Nichols, the GM was a rude as I have ever seen and refused to even provide me with the 800 # for Hyundai. His words were" It's in your paperwork somewere you'll have to look it up."
Worst Dealership, worst cusotmer service and you can't even contact the owner of the place to let him know what his employees are doing.
