Was double charged on a purchase. Manager refused to look at logs to confirm it.
Went onsite showing a complete stranger my bank statement.
Made purchase with debit. I did not have card on me.
He refused to give me refund. Told him it was a debit purchase and he needed to give me my money back now as I was double billed.
He walked off to make a call came back very rude and refunded my money
He short changed me 2 dollars. I told him I was missing 2 bucks. He stated that was for the donation. I reminded him that my donation was already paid for with the first transaction.
He rudely pulled 2 bucks from the register and threw them on the counter.
