I called Speedy with a unique request. I needed three very big glass mirrors picked up, cut to specific dimensions, and delivered so that I could build my daughter her very own mini dance studio in our home. Janina at Speedy was very helpful. She arranged pickup from my friend's house; made sure they were cut to the right dimensions, and had them delivered to my house, on the day I needed them. She gave me a great price, and they delivery guys (Dan in particular) went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to mount them correctly to the wall. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them for your windshield AND glass needs. Did I mention this is the second time I've used them for something other than a windshield? They cut some custom pieces of glass to create mini shelves in a bar area of my home too! more

amazing service!! 7/30/2010

My preschool was vandalized and I needed the window repaired before students were to return the next morning. Speedy Glass was sympathetic to this and fit me in as quickly as they could. There was even some damage to the trim around the window and the repairman fixed that, too, even though it was not part of the job. They helped me out and were so kind about it. I will recommend them to anyone needed glass repair! Pros: friendly, fast, professional! Cons: none. more

A Service Nightmare 8/6/2008

These guys took a simple job and I'm still waiting for it to be done 6 weeks later. They have me 4 deadlines and missed them all, never calling to let me know. I've had to keep calling them to ask when it will be done and all I get is another excuse and a new soon-to-be-missed deadline. Horrible customer service -- do yourself a favor and take the business to someone who is honest and capable. Pros: None -- nothing but a runaround Cons: Dishonest. Can't do simple jobs on time. Never call to let you know. more
