This is the WORST customer service I've had in a long time (barring the airlines). They have been completely unprofessional and incompetent. First, they didn't install the DVR when it was on the work order. They had to come back (at the next available appointment days later) to install a DVR. DVR breaks within two days. Another appointment (a few days later), they replace the DVR. The second DVR never even works. Call them back to make another appointment. They give me a a time to come by between 7:30 - 9:30. (AND, they have my phone number). They do not show up. I call at 9:30 to see when they will come. They transfer me to a person's voicemail. And, her vm box is full. I call back. I am on hold for over 10 minutes and I get disconnected. They never call me back (they have my freaking phone number!). I leave the house at 10. Apparently, the technicians shows up at 10:55. Any recommendations between AT&T Uverse, Direct TV or Dish? I have canceled TW, and I will NEVER use them again.
