Why is Charter allowed to have such a monopoly in the State of MO? The Farmington office has the worst customer service ever. Their staff is confrontative instead of courteous. They repeatedly over-charge and choose to charge when they have the option to waive charges. My initial internet installation took > a month to work and > 3 employee visits and 5 telephone calls, I figured the problem out myself and clicked on an online option that worked. I cannot wait for Comcast and/or UVerse to come into this rural world of opportunity. Also, I have yet to visit their store, that I was the only person with an issue. That says it all, and the customer I left with the other day..."I hate Charter!"
