I have been dining/ordering take out from the spaghetti house for at least 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience. The food and service has always been great. They have the best spaghetti around. BUT... I have noticed the last few times I have been in that the service is not what it used to be when dining in, and for take-out the last time I ordered they messed it up. I called to let them know, not expecting anything, but just so they are aware. The response I got from the cashier was " and, well?" No apology, or concern.
