The first time we went to this dealership we just wanted to see what the cars looked like in person. We met a woman named Amy and she was so nice. She really seemed to know her stuff. She didn't put any pressure on us and showed us where they put the cars when they first come in. When we wanted to leave she let us leave no problem. We went back about a week and a half later and were really disappointed that we missed her. This time we ended up talking to guy named Rafael. He was not as well informed but was also pretty new to the company so it made sense. He was equally friendly and never pressured us. We did buy a car that night and I have to say Thank You to Southeast for the great customer service. They really seemed to understand that we are the customer and they are the employees. They were grateful to have our business and that means that they would get it again if we have to buy a new car again.
Pros: really nice people who were willing to do anything we asked
Cons: could have a bigger lot
