For Ducati Owners BEWARE! I have been riding and racing bikes for over 30 years. If you own Ducati do not take here. The worst service ever. They lost Brian their Duc tech for 20 years and everything went to crap after that! I brought in a Brand New Monster S4 for 600 mile service (only because Ducati wouldn't allow Brian to work on it privately under warranty). South Seas Duc tech are "brand new" When I picked it up it had a "handle bar dent" in the tank and they said it was like that when I dropped it off. Well I don't have 30 bikes stacked up at home (I could see the other bike "laying" on my tank stacked up in the back"). Worst part is when pulling out of the parking lot one of my exhaust cans fell off because they didn't bolt it back on. I guess that one is on me to... I have owned 14 Ducatis and South Seas made me give up on bikes and I only ride Ducati & Aprilia. Due to the extremely poor service, I quit Ducati.... I would rather not ride Ducati than deal with their service department. Parts department is great though! more

South Seas needed to sweep its house in a few areas. and has done it well. These reviews are at lest 3 years old. And one or two are posted not by regular customers, but by other dealers trying to drum up business. Please look at the last sentence of this review. I am happy to report that Service has a new Manager and the best Watercraft Mechanic we ever had in our 24 years of selling and servicing Watercraft. There was mention of the F&I department. We have revamped there as well. Come meet Erin; Sales and Business Manager, Bill Kato; Briceson, and Alan who together have been working with South Seas for over 20 years. Parts has gotten a facelift and a new Parts manager as well. As a owner of the company since its very first day, I'd like to personally invite you to visit either one of our showrooms, South Seas on Nimitz or South Seas Waipahu and decide for yourself....... We've been here for 30 years and still rolling strong! more
